Our "No Fix, No Fee" Guarantee

At Dave’s Roadside 24/7, our core philosophy is simple: If we can't fix your problem, you don't pay us a dime. We carefully assess your situation over the phone before accepting a dispatch. If our technician arrives and discovers an underlying issue that cannot be resolved with light roadside service (such as a bad alternator, a failed starter motor, or a missing lug nut key), you will not be charged any service or dispatch fees.

1. Service Acceptance & Pre-Screening

To protect both your time and our technicians, we screen all service requests over the phone. We reserve the right to decline jobs based on extreme travel distance, severe weather safety, or if we determine the vehicle requires a mechanic shop or a tow truck rather than light roadside assistance.

2. Customer Cancellations

Because we do not collect payment or credit card details upfront, we rely on mutual respect and open communication:

Generous Cancellation Window: If you find another solution or your situation changes, please call or text us immediately. You can cancel your request free of charge at any point before our technician arrives at your vehicle.
The "Blow Off" / No-Show Policy: If our technician drives out to your location and you abandon the vehicle, find another provider, or refuse service without notifying us, we record your vehicle and phone information. Future service requests from
your number or for that vehicle will be permanently declined.
